The Surf Hollywood Beach

Sofa bed was stained Wich gave the feeling of it being dirty but still very comfortable. Otherwise this place is perfect. Great location, on the boardwalk, you can watch the sunrise from the terrasse . Service is amazing, I always get quick replies by text. Other than the sofa bed the rest of the place is very clean and renovated. Exterior terrasse could use a little sweep daily. This is my second time here and I will definitely be renting again.

Avoid this site if you don’t want to be scammed!! Stayed at this location and despite it being in a convenient location with renovated rooms, I do not recommend this location to future travellers. This site’s customer service lacks transparency and honesty. After leaving the site, we were hit with excessive cleaning charges that resulted in over $300 in unwarranted fees. After sending multiple emails, text messages and phone calls, no response was ever given as to why we were charged with this excessive fee. The company refused to send a bill with proof which they had listed in there policy as mandatory. Please avoid this site at all costs if you don’t want to be hit with additional unwarranted charges by a company that won’t answer calls or assist customers in any way.

I was extremely pleased to say the least. The rooms are spotless and there is plenty of room. We stayed in a double Queen with dinette and full kitchen and private bath. It was perfect. Literally steps from the broadwalk and ocean. Away from the noise and crowds which is ideal. We will definitely stay again! I highly recommend.

This place has the perfect location. Just wonderful. The staff are remote and when I didn’t receive my check in code as written on the confirmation email, there was no one to go to in order to get it. I called several times, emailed. Finally I received a call back after three hours, those hours happily spent listening to live music at the Riptide next door. They said I hadn’t provided my license, which wasn’t mentioned on the confirmation email, and I received my check in code afterward. Our room was as pictured, though a little worse for wear, with chipped cabinetry, loose toekick and dingy corners and baseboards. Also the dishwasher tilts when you fill it - I don’t think it’s actually installed. From an accessibility standpoint, Unit B is first floor but has two steps to get into it. The

We had a great time. This place is conveniently located steps away from the beach. It was nice to be able to walk right to the beach and walk back to our place and get our lunch. It is super close to everything the boardwalk, restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a nice little apartment that had a full kitchen and everything that we needed. It was a quick four day weekend getaway that we definitely enjoyed
