The Suites at Fall Creek

Positive: The staff was helpful and accommodating. The change in rooms was handled fairly quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and comfortable, a good size and everything worked as expected. Negative: The first room had a strong odor of marijuana and was unacceptable. The staff accommodated us and changed to a better room. Access to the room/building was cumbersome and not readily apparent, but we managed after a couple of trys.

Such a friendly staff. The check in was easy and fast. The rooms were extremely clean and stocked. We did have a problem with the ice maker not working. It was so easy to report it by text. Within minutes, we had a maintenance tech there to look at it. It could not be fixed at the time but we were offered for someone to bring us ice at any time. I highly recommend staying here.

We have been coming here for many years now, we are local so it's convenient and cost effective. Over the years it's been great for what we need a little out dated but we never cared. We know they switched hands to Hilton owned now so we were curious to see what all had been done to the place. This was our first year doing a vacation instead of lots of gifts on Christmas so I wanted it to be as fun/nice as possible since we were staying local as well as not doing gifts! We also ended up getting the 2 bedroom this time as well since we were gonna be there for a week and I wanted the kids to have their own space. Anyhoo I called up to the property(a little late 😬) the day before and asked if we could possibly get a room close to the pool and possibly close to the bottom floor (keeping 3kids

The property was nice, quiet and clean, but the rooms were extremely dated. While clean, everything seemed old and definitely well worn. And while I understand for safety purposes, to have the grounds well lit at night, then if you’re going to do that, it’s highly recommended to get better window coverings. The blinds in our master bedroom didn’t even shut completely, and a few that did shut completely throughout the apartment, were so thin that it was still so bright in there at night. It was a bit uncomfortable changing in the rooms with the blinds not shutting all the way. The staff were kind and accommodating when we needed items which was very nice, and it was very nice to have the game room and the 18 hole mini golf course. Loved our stay here. The condo-style room was huge, clean, and comfy, with a full kitchen and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The property has a ton to do-pools, hot tubs, mini golf, and a nice, quiet setting that still puts you just a short drive from everything you'd want to see in town. Staff were friendly and helpful any time we needed something, which made the whole trip feel easy. For the price and the amount of space and amenities you get, it's an awesome pick for couples or families.
