The SOMM Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at The SOMM. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — special shoutout to Devyn at reception and Landon at Bin 47. The server working with him (a silver fox!) was great as well. Cristina made our wine blending experience so much fun and truly interesting — such a highlight of our stay. My husband and I also enjoyed a couples massage, and it was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and we loved having Netflix and streaming apps available on the TV. Everything we ate at Bin47 was delicious! We were truly impressed and can’t wait to come back.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I decided to take my best friend here for a girls night before her wedding. They sent up the cutest amenity. The wine blending experience was not to be missed and we felt like cool scientists and a special bottle. The restaurant bin 47 was excellent - shout out to Quentin the chef. The rooftop was a great vibe after and there was a ton of indoor/outdoor space to take in the views. Great experience!

I can see why many people are highly recommending this hotel. The service is VERY GOOD to me. Not only are there NUMEROUS smiling faces in this hotel, from the staff to the guests, the energy is welcoming. I was randomly chatting up some people in the lobby waiting for friends and we were talking about how much it feels like visiting your “Cool Friend’s House” I wanted to check out some places to eat in the hotel and went to the front desk. Great by two friendly staff members, one of them, CONNER, walked me to the few places on the Lobby level and explained the style and vibe of each one, along with their casual Rooftop concept called The Shed. Great experience overall! New and beautiful decor. Everything was clean, well kept, and nicely (but not overly) decorated, from the lobby to the rooms. Little touches in the bathroom made the biggest impression! Very nice sitting areas in the lobby, well stocked and clean fitness center, multiple places to eat on site, including a tasting room, with delicious looking food. All the restaurants were very “happening” and fun! My only request would be more options for gluten-free, although one of their restaurants had some options. Super cute store downstairs with many more unique and interesting items than I would’ve guessed for the small footprint, including some snack items. Stopped by Bin47 for Valentine’s Day and we ordered the Kiebala Hash and Egg Scramble, along with their Bloody Mary and Bellini. Food and drinks were delicious! Their habanero hot sauce was so so good, def something to try if you want some spice to the food (good flavorful spice!) The wait didn’t take too long and we were seated at the chef’s bar so we had a good view of the chef cooking which was nice. Our server, Ayla, was so nice and welcoming. She checked in on us a few times without us feeling rushed but taken care for. Def coming back again, and will look into booking a room and spa along with lunch & dinner💗
