The was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. Upon booking my room I indicated it was my birthday weekend. The check in person was not very pleasant. She had a take or leave attitude Gabriella( Ithink) and Trina was the manager. I was trying to explain why I didn’t want the room, she couldn’t care less. I got to my room they put me in a high traffic area the entry and exit. The room was disgusting 🤢, because fur babies are allowed its dog hair everywhere and housekeeping doesn’t do a good job cleaning 🧼 my floors were extremely dirty. The floor was taped up from the titles lifting. The springs in the bed were poking through the mattress. The blinds in the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned 🧽 in years. I wiped my feet 🦶 from walking on the floor and almost threw up. 🤮 I explained this to

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible team at this hotel. While the property itself is lovely, it was the staff that truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that is hard to find these days. Every single staff member we encountered from the front desk reps to the housekeeping team and the breakfast crew was eager to assist. They didn't just meet our requests; they anticipated them. Whether it was offering excellent local dining recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply greeting us with a bright smile every time we entered the lobby, they made us feel like VIPs. What a charming fully renovated old Florida motel! Props to the folks who found it worth saving and invested. |Room 110 handicapped was spacious and clean. Easy parking. This stay was one of the very rate hotel stays where both my husband and I were comfortable with the mattress. |Restaurants and a coffee shop are a short distance away. Note that you do not have a view of the beach. We had a spacious patio area with outdoor chairs to enjoy a view of the pool, palm trees, and the breeze.|Note to hotel: you may want to integrate into your cleaning cycle ceiling fan blades, and the lovely Adirondack chairs in your common area. Apparently the local birds like those chairs too. ;-)

Positive: The location and our terrace, table and chairs were lovely. Great view. Negative: If you’re a light sleeper you may want to look elsewhere. The bar behind the hotel is open til 2am and the air conditioning has seen better days.

Think 1980s spring break hotel and this is Seahorse. Definitely has seen years of wear and tear from the beach. The rooms were adequate, provided what we needed and was pleasantly surprised at the soundproofing. Had a nice big balcony. I'm sure the bar next door in the pool were amazing but we were there in December for a limited time. One person at the front desk was amazing while the other one, honestly, was worthless. No ice on site, disappointing. We had to pay $20 for parking and then had to put a cone in our spot to make sure it wasn't taken but no guarantees. The hotel is in a great location and not having guaranteed parking after paying for it was a big miss for us.
