Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything.Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details.

Not a very pleasant experience just trying to get to the place. It's just some random hole in the wall. And your room will be somewhere like 2 blocks away! The name isn't the seagull it's the Hollywood beach hotels making it very confusing if you're in the right place or not. And calling the front desk to try and find the place was impossible. Finally after arguing with Priceline I couldn't find the place and calling them back 3 different times they finally answered an hour later! Front desk was very friendly tho and the room looks really nice! Is it worth the hassle trying to find the place and pay for sketchy parking tho? Not really! I'm not gonna return here. Wouldn't recommend you come here!

This hotel was the BEST. Super affordable with MULTIPLE pools, included breakfast and had a convenience store in the lobby. My room had a tile floor shower and a frosted window, not some stained gross tub. There was nice outdoor seating for breakfast and outdoor lounge area in the front of the lobby. Staff was super nice, always had someone tending the front desk. They also provide kitchenware (plates, bowls, pans, ect) on request and the rooms get a tag to put on the door to request room service. The bed in my room was huge and SUPER comfortable and there was a little kitchen (stovetop, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and cabinets). At the very last, they have extended check out time options for 30-50 dollars which i didn't need but was glad to know it was an option for a low pric

Staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms had so much more, in terms of a kitchen etc…for the low price. Great value

parking was expensive ($75) but the lady for my check out was very kind and quick! rooms were very clean and a general good stay. but shower head was partially broken, awful water pressure and handle kept falling off. not a bad choice if you want something in walking distance to the board walk! their tvs do have all the streaming channels and their beds were comfy!
