The Sea Turtle Hollywood Beach Hotels

Will not stay there again. No value to balance their "resort" pricing. The other Google reviews said they spent 2020 updating it and to come back an try again. The Sea Turtle hotel is absolutely NOT updated. Tile missing in the shower was stuffed with sea shells. Hole punched in the bdrm door. The main A/C did not work and after calling twice they still never showed up or called back with a solution. Only had a window a/c unit in the bedroom. No bath mat (we used a wash cloth) - only 2 towels - nothing for my hair. New towels left in a bag on the door knob. Very low quality room for an exorbitant price! The room was decent. I payed for a parking pass and my car still got towed, which cost me $200usd to get back. There also was an incident in the court yard with a couple guest, who were reported to the front desk for being extremely loud, playing music very loud all day and ALL night. Lots of banging between rooms. Taking up parking spots without permits, causing the guest with permits getting towed. Once the front deck came to resolve the situation, the party guest got very aggressive and pulled out a fire arm on another guest for making a complaint. The guest who threatened other guests with a fire arm, was also offering many different types of drugs to everyone on the property, mainly crack, while children are playing in the court yard. Rooms are great. Clean rooms, all appliances working, comfortable beds and pillows, smart tvs, but check in took me 1 hr and a half yes 1 1/2 hrs! The outside wasn't that pretty but looks like they are fixing it. Garbage by the stairs not something very good. It's steps to the beach and affordable.

The location is perfect! It is on the north end of the Hollywood boardwalk, so it's a bit quieter than the further south portion. Everything is at your fingertips - restaurants, bars, shops, rentals, anything & everything!! You are steps from the beach (25-30yards) 😀 Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided. Keyless entry is amazing. Marco is very quick to answer questions and provide suggestions.

Space and shower was decent. However there was dead roaches in the room and ALIVE ones as well. Had to switch rooms too because bathroom in first one was looking reckless and walls are falling apart. Cable options are okay but room signal was better than living room. Probably won't return but comfortable bed for a quick night lay.
