The Riverside Ranch RV Park Motel & Campground

We came near the end of the season. Nichole (ph) & husband Joel were very friendly and helpful. We had RV issues and had to use the shower house; it was very clean and comfy, even with wx in the 20's. Laundry was large, very clean and everything worked. Nothing was out of order. Very rare! Excellent place for our large dog to be off leash. The deer wandering through was an added bonus. This is where you want to stay!!

We loved our stay at the Riverside Ranch. The motel rooms are Western style themed and more spacious than most of the rooms we stayed in during our vacation. Nichol made us coffee after our longish ride to the motel - that's hospitality at it's best. We also walked around the property, got tips where to eat and enjoyed our stay there. The motel is located pretty well in order to reach the different canyons. We definitely consider going back there.

There were lots of bugs outside and it needs renovations

We had a fantastic stay at our river-side RV spot! This was the perfect home base for our Bryce Canyon travels. The host was very friendly, the red dirt diner was delicious, the views were incredible, and the wildlife was a big bonus too. We saw lots of birds, deer, and even a beaver and muskrat floating down the river! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful motel in a location with stunning views. Host went out of her way to make me comfortable, even bringing a wine glass to my room when she knew I was going out to grab a bottle of wine. Extraordinary, top notch service. I enjoyed it so much I called to book an additional night. They were booked. My loss!
