Positive: "" Negative: Would have liked a resort map at checking. We were made aware of activities, but we were unaware of transport to various locations. We stumbled upon this information.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu Turtle Bay (Hawaii) from January 2–4 for two nights, and this was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was on another level. Truly exceptional. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and proactive — anything we needed was handled immediately and graciously. At one point, my son had a little fall in the room. I called the lobby, and within minutes someone came up with a first aid kit, brought two ice packs (one for the moment and one for later), and made sure he was okay. That level of care really stood out. Our ocean-view room at the edge of the property was absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to that view felt surreal. The property itself is immaculate — beautiful hallways, th

Everything was just fantastic. From the moment we arrived. We got an early check-in at 11 am. They were able to accommodate the exact bungalow that I requested based on the reviews I read. The views in the bungalows can not be done justice by photos. The bungalow section has a completely different vibe from the main resort, and while both are beautiful, I love the secluded, elevated feel that you get in the bungalows. The entire staff greeted us as if they were truly happy to see us. The in-room dining and the dining were superb. One thing we missed the most was picking up our phone and calling Miss Eleanor to place our order for breakfast. They kindly delivered it within 25 minutes and set up a meal on the Lani with a beautiful white tablecloth. Everything was top-notch, all the food was

Unfortunately, the hotel is generally disappointing. When we first checked in, they thought we were staying in the bungalows because we had triple upgraded our room. Service was good until they realized we were in the main building. It went downhill from there. Constant upsells. Even though we upgraded our room three levels above the norm, it was small, the decor was very tacky. The hotel only has one restaurant on site and the food is mediocre and constantly over salted. The restaurant also closes at 9 PM and there are very few to know dining options in the surrounding area. The bar also serves food, but it is basic bar fair. There are two other restaurants on campus that are not technically hotel restaurants, They are also nothing to write home about. If you want to stay on the North Sho

Great service and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well put, i believe that all rooms have their view of the water, sunrise or sunset. (But the hallway to your room is toooooo cold) 🥶🥶 The sunsets there were amazing as well. The bar, restaurant and pool are all overlooking that sunset. It was amazing! They also offer daily activities included with the resort fee like uke lesson, lei making and more activities that you can pay to do. And include a welcome lei for both you and your partner. And i like that their keycard is a waterproof bracelet 👏 (small details 👏👏) I wished they have a breakfast buffet like the other Ritz that we went, featuring some hawaiian food and fruits would have been amazing. Also the pool was too small for me but as i said the view on it is great, also
