Customer Reviews
We were surprised when reading some bad reviews-this hotel is beautiful, well maintained and the people who work there are kind, and attentive. The food was delicious every where we ate on site and off. The room was a good size, bathrooms larger than most and the bed was extremely comfortable. Having a balcony with partial ocean view was a nice bonus as well. The grounds were immaculate as were the pools and beach. Perfect get away to unwind and feel pampered! Highly recommend.
This was my first time staying in Key Biscayne vs. South Beach. The hotel had just underwent a complete renovation & looks lovely. The common areas, restaurant & rooms are decorated in a soothing beige color palette- crisp and nice. The restaurant Luma was lovely with a good menu. Staff is still in need of additional assistance & training. Location is remote for some & for some secluded and special. I was impressed.
The hotel is looking fresh after renovation. Rooms had some improvements but bathrooms still look a bit dated. |The lobby is wonderful and the bar at night has live music and a lovely ambiance, Anthony is a great and experienced bar tender that has been there for a while and does the best martinis and Genesis gave us kind efficient service. |The Ritz has however lost some of its luster, rooms were serviced twice a day but had no special touches whatsoever, coffee cups in the rooms are made of paper. Toiletries were full sized Dyptique and came with a tasteless note saying you would be charged 50 dollars if you took them! No toiletries beyond the most basic needs. The hair dryer is generic and bad. Nothing felt special. |Service and food at Paralia on New Year’s Eve was dismal. |Luma for br
Our recent two night stay at the Ritz-Carlton was, unfortunately, nothing short of a train wreck. What makes this especially disappointing is that we have had truly wonderful experiences at this property in the past. We have celebrated birthdays here and always associated this hotel with exceptional service, attention to detail, and the elevated hospitality the Ritz-Carlton brand once represented. We were genuinely excited to return, especially after hearing about the recent renovations. Sadly, the changes are hardly noticeable, and the service has declined dramatically. This stay was the final stop before returning to Tampa after an incredible two week vacation in Thailand, where service and hospitality were consistently exceptional at the Waldorf Astoria and Four Seasons. The stark cont
An incredible stay from start to finish at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. The property is absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and conveniently close to the airport. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous, making the experience feel truly special. The spa services were exceptional and the perfect way to relax. We can’t wait to come back!
