Family friendly environment! Staff is very accommodating. They do communicate through email and texting so do not expect a phone call. This is our first year signing up for a seasonal site and we are looking forward to camping w family!! Beautiful property with alot of things to do! There are alot of rules but we are ok with them because we were looking for a place like this to relax. We've only spent a couple nights there so far but I can tell you the peaceful, serene environment made us both oversleep both mornings. Yay, we woke up relaxed and couldn't believe how quiet it was with the exception of a couple golf carts driving by. If you're looking for a nice place to camp send them a message and tour the campground. I enjoyed the tour w my mother who has camped for years just down the ro
I've posted before when my family were overnight campers, but now we're coming to an end of our 2nd season. First, the staff is VERY helpful. James and Rick are so nice, helping in so many ways. Need wood? They're there. Need Propane? They're there. I've personally seen them help with social activities, help building gazebos/decks for seasonal guests and any other issues that arise. They've helped overnight campers when they've been locked out, or had small issues with their rv's.|They're irreplaceable. The office staff, Casey and Barbie are very informative and helpful with any questions about the park. All the staff do their best to help anyone. The seasonal campers are also so friendly. Everyone waves to everyone. My year old granddaughter has been here 3 times and now waves every time
The good: pretty setting, nice pool, newer bathrooms, most of the staff is super friendly. The not good: Water smell is unbearable and the person who manages your check-ins (must also be the person that responds to all negative reviews) is super unpleasant. If you are not one of the long term renters, you are an inconvenience. There are insanely strict rules - just beware and make sure to read the entire book of rules before booking.
We paid in advance for visitors and they were not able to make it and they would not refund us. It’s very difficult to speak with anyone everything was done on the Internet and it was very slow at replying back sometimes up to three days. I would not recommend this place. The parking and driving was all gravel. Just was everywhere on your camper in your vehicle..
Everything was great other than the trick or treat wagon left 10 minutes early , so our kids couldnt ride . We then took them around in the back of the truck , and they told us we can’t do that either. But you can ride on the back of a golf cart? Disappointed that they left early for an event for the kids. Do better for your guests.
