The Point Campground & Farm - Lake Cumberland KY Nightly Campground and Annual RV Park

The Point Campground and Farm is the perfect getaway around Lake Cumberland - a true hidden gem! I love that it offers a different experience than typical campgrounds and I really like the fact that it is family owned. The beautiful stocked fishing ponds are my kid’s (husband included) favorite! If you are looking for peace, serenity, reset, and reconnection with your people, this family farm is the place! The best part is that you still have all the perks of Lake Life less than 5 mins down the road and the property has PLENTY of space for parking all your toys! The Point Campground and Farm is a must stop.

This place is very peaceful and quiet. It is family owned and the owners are very friendly and attentive. There is plenty of room to accommodate larger campers and large groups since the park is brand new they have lots of sites available. My kids enjoy fishing in the ponds nearby and the boat ramp is only a mile down the road.

The Point Campground and Farm is a Lake Cumberland hidden gem for sure! The perfect place for a weekend getaway, extended vacation, or to park your rig year round. I’m a big supporter of small businesses and I really love that this campground is owned and operated by a young family. Unlike some, it is more than a glorified gravel parking lot. The rolling farmland and gorgeous ponds provide plenty of room to roam. And did I mention how close it is to the Ramp at Cumberland Point?! Perfect for lake day fun! The sunsets are second to none and make a picturesque backdrop for unwinding around a campfire with friends and family. I have a feeling my family will be spending more A LOT of time here for years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This campground has everything you need and then some. We had a full hookup, and a perfect location being so close to lake Cumberland for all our fishing and boating needs. We had easy access to the Cumberland point boat ramp which was only 5 minutes from our campground. One of our favorite parts of the experience was getting to see all the wildlife right there at camp. We love the Nancy Ky area and can’t wait to come back and visit!
