The Plunge Snow Tubing Park

Going to the Plunge Snow Tubing park is always one of the highlights of our annual visit to Wintergreen! The staff is really wonderful, and they will definitely chat and have fun with you while you’re waiting for your turn to go down the slope. The music they play is a fabulous bonus as well! There are a bunch of different lanes for people to go down, all you have to do is grab a tube and pick a lane to go down. Definitely buy tickets in advance!

We took our kids here for a fun night of tubing!! We had a great time. Session was for one hour and 15 minutes which was a good time frame to ride as much as we wanted but not be exhausted afterwards for some of the younger kids. They had a nice building at top were you could sit inside and watch if you had younger or older members of your party that didn't want to participate or just needed a break. This is always where the bathrooms were. Slopes where decent. Not to steep but you go good speed and enjoyed a nice ride. I didnt like how you had to climb over the lips of lanes to get to lift. The lift was nice and even. I have been on some where you had to lean forward they were so steep. This was a great one for younger kids to learn and be comfortable on.

Fantastic time! Totally worth the money. Our kids had a blast, and so did we! We went on a Friday afternoon and it was easy and no wait.

Was fun! You get about 5 runs within the hour it's 90 min session but they spend about 10 15 mins going over rules ECT. It's fun for the whole family. 9 rows but only 8 was open. They are all different levels and drop offs!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere with staff provided music, thrilling riding experience. I estimate the speed is somewhere between 15-20mph going down this hill. Some lanes are faster than others. Some staff “throw” you down the hill faster than others. Combine the speed with the 48” height requirement, this isn’t for small children. THIS PLACE IS A BLAST! Will be a repeat client!
