The Plaza Motel

The only reason I'm giving this hotel any stars at all is because the older gentleman who helped us was super nice, very patient, and all around one of the best people I've met in this town. The wifi was not available at all, the wall socket killed our brand new charger box, and the smoke alarm went off from STEAM from a shower 2 hours before. It went off four times before we got permission to take the batteries out of it. Only reason I'd visit again is to see the gentleman. Furthermore while my mom and I were smoking out back, one of the guests was being creepy.

This is the second time I've stayed at this Motel while traveling the 127 sales with my sisters. Since we get two queen beds, we are in the back section of the motel which is a newer addition. The room is huge in comparison to other rooms, complete with mini fridge and microwave. It was cleaner the first time we stayed, but the carpet this time was in need of cleaning. However, the room itself was very clean. I called the front desk for more pillows, and I swear Ros ran them over, literally. She is a true gem of a person and her personality is delightful. Very accommodating and pleasant. As previous reviews have noted, it appears they have permanent residents in the front part of the motel, which did not affect my stay in any way. Overall, a decent sleep at a remarkable price.

This place was a kind lifesaver for my boys & I in September 2022. I stayed with my toddler boy for 2 weeks +5 days as needed. & was able to visit with my teenage son here as well. The new management family & the boss were kind, family oriented, & hardworking to improve this place & service. We stayed in 2 of the older rooms & they were quality & clean in all ways that really matter: beds, facilities, air coolers, tvs, refrigerators, floors, doors, windows, parking. No bed bugs! No carpet, had nice tile floors, so less allergies & germs. The daily & weekly prices were affordable & fair. The laundry room machines were low cost & functioned well. I would improve the rooms with newer bleached white towels & shower curtains, & machine washable rugs. I would also allow the weekly renters to air

Very clean, super nice people, and good location to restaurant and shopping. Would def recommend. Rooms are big and very nice. Management was very helpful and the maintenance guy was too. Both was very patient with me. Thank you for an amazing stay

I'm a traveling nurse from a different state staying only for the night, and I was very pleased with my stay here. Very clean room, fresh clean linens, kitchenette, amazing water pressure. Good wifi signal. Whenever I asked for something (like coffee filters and even"places to eat" suggestions) I was able to be accommodated quickly. If I ever have to stay in the area again or know someone who will, I will definitely be recommending!
