Beautiful location, amazing price. The staff was amazing! My husband and I had one night alone during our vacation. The hotel we rented from was disgusting. We ended up paying less for this beautifully located, perfectly clean place. AND the staff was so nice they offered to let us check out late. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Everything is as described and EVEN BETTER!!!! I found this gem for a solo trip in june!!!! From check in to check out was a breeze. Comfortable, relaxing on the beach. Cannot ask for more!! Brought my mom back in sept for a few days and again Everything was perfect. The owner was very available for anything and everything you might need. Laundry room on site which is a huge bonus coming straight off the beach!!! Thank you for 2 wonderful stays so far, I will never stay anywhere else!!!!

Here's your improved review, keeping it engaging, warm, and to the point: --- My husband and I visited Hollywood, FL, in late January and stayed at The Pearl Boutique Suites, Apt. No. 9. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly as advertised, and impressively quiet—especially considering it’s just 100 yards from the beach. Everything we needed was there, making it feel like a true home away from home. When we called management for extra blankets, they showed up within 15 minutes, blankets in hand—talk about service! Jackie and her team were beyond friendly and genuinely committed to making sure guests have an amazing stay. It was a true 5-star experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

I came with my mom to show her the ocean for the first time in her life. I was looking for something budget-friendly, close to the beach, and clean. This place has it all and more! It is super close to the beach—you can literally walk back to your room to use the bathroom or grab a fresh drink from the fridge. The room is very clean and has everything you need for your stay, and if it doesn't, the owners are always there to attend to your needs. Communicating with them was very easy. Because of our early arrival, they let us keep our luggage in a secure room until check-in. We had a great time!

Spacious unit and right off the boardwalk to be able to enjoy the quiet or step out 100 feet into the sandy beach. Slept 2 adults and 1 tween comfortably. Staff was helpful.
