The Palms Inn & Suites Kendall Miami

Great hotel, great service. Elevator issues, rooms are nice. A little more focus on the smaller things would make it flawless. Internet not reliable. Also outside of front desk staff, very few staff seem to understand English.

A recent stay at the Palms Inn on Mills Rd Off of 88th st. The rooms are nice with two queen size beds. Love the new headboards, nice size bathrooms, complimentary breakfast and an adequate amount of parking spaces. The staff is very helpful for questions and do their best to accommodate your needs to enjoy your stay The Palms Inns is a convenient location. Close to many department stores. H. Garcia

Disgustingly maintained hotel. Stayed here for a funeral. Luckily only 1 night. Felt like I was staying in a slumlords apartment. Mini fridge doesn't close . Bathtub and fixtures from the 90s. Painter must've painted in the dark.

This hotel isn’t really for enjoying amenities, but if you’re looking for a peaceful place to sleep with incredibly kind staff, this is the right spot. It’s affordable, and in my case I even got a discount. Good breakfast, and everything felt calm and well organized.

Great location for my visit with family in kendall 3 problems for me, #1 tv sucked mostly because the channels and remote hard to operate, limited channels and a lot in Spanish. Weird to see Harry Potter speaking Spanish lmfao #2 beds old and lumpy ( of course my wife’s love them lmfao ) rooms have been freshened up with paint and plaster but still needs more work like bathroom silicone and updated tvs #3 holy shiznits the elevator !!! Only 1 at location and is so very slow !! Plan to add 10 mins to your plans and pack your patience !!
