The Palms

This was a wonderful location, a block and a half from the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Three blocks away from Margaritaville Hollywood stage to see concerts and shows. The staff was superb. Just know that the office is in a different location, which is 3 blocks away from the Palms on the same road. I would recommend this hotel and the room that I stayed in to any of my family and friends. This was a wonderful stay for the last minute price I paid.

Beware they scam you on the bill. They overcharged us $80.00 had no reasonable excuse when we noticed. Check!!!!! We asked to split the bill and each of us had a balance of $40.00 more than the original bill. Good thing I did the math and caught the scam. Waiter gave 2 reasons why he made the error which made no sense instead of just saying he made an error. Made us feel he does it often.

There were people complaint about music the whole night …. Definitely don’t advice to rent if u wil have music

The room was sufficient for my stay, clean, big comfortable bed, clean bathroom, closet, safe, fridge and TV. Price was good for the location too beach Boardwalk, literally steps from the most beautiful ocean views. The boardwalk has restaurants and entertainment plus the most beautiful beach! The staff was very gracious to me checking me in and out, was a small office and limited staff so give yourself time and have patience, they're doing their absolute best. It's nice to be nice and if you needed supplies for your room (towels, toilet paper, etc.,), you could find a kind housekeeper on site and they would accommodate a request. I did, however, stay at a time when Florida was having a very cold snap so please be aware there is no heat in these rooms and when the temp went down to 30° at

My stay at Stay in Hollywood The Palms was unacceptable. The room was dirty, smelled strongly, and the bed was infested with bedbugs, posing a serious health risk. When I reported it, the front desk employee shouted at me and denied the issue despite visible evidence. I felt unsafe and was forced to leave around 12:00 a.m. I documented everything with photos and video. To make matters worse, this hotel refuses to issue refunds, even when guests must leave due to unsafe conditions. I strongly advise others to avoid this property. ****Update the health department will be notified*** let’s get this awful place shut down
