The Ocean Resort at Bath and Tennis

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. We had to stay here for a wedding. MANY other hotels in the area we would have chosen before this one. Prices are absolutely outrageous for what you are getting. Beds were rock hard, floors and bathrooms were dirty, shower was incredibly small and the rooms are completely dated. Our backs are in shambles from this stay. Truly felt like sleeping in a trailer park - our rooms were across the street from the main hotel. Do not recommend. Will not be returning.

Where do I begin , Over the weekend we stayed at The Ocean Resort at Westhampton Beach for A Wedding weekend , The area has nice views of the pier , access to the beach to walk around , nice big parking lot , but the rooms and service needs A lot of work. They put us at the parking lot side across from the tennis courts , Doors had damage on them as if it was deteriorating , the rooms are very tiny with springy beds that were very uncomfortable , the backboard of the bed were not measured correctly leaving A space gap , the pillows were atrocious very cheap became flat like A pancake , showers were small with A slow pulsating shower heads my garden hose was stronger than that. Service was unavailable at times when requesting items , really short staffed for them to go around the resort. Fe

Wow! Awesome spot. Best kept secret in the Hamptons. Ocean Front, walkable to town, nice gym and amenities - tennis, marina, spa, tiki bar and huge pool. Rooms were spacious - you’re basically getting a condo for a hotel price. Cozy chairs, playground and corn hole to compliment the high top patio overlooking the ocean or awesome sunrise or sunset. Special place. They host weddings on the beach and have an amazing venue. Wow! Forget gurneys. Half the travel time and better resort times 100

1 star (would give 0 if possible) Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. We had to move rooms three times, and each one was worse than the last. The first room had mold on the mattress, the second had bed bugs, and the third? Feces on the floor. Yes, you read that right. The place is filthy, unsanitary, and clearly not maintained. Customer service was rude and unhelpful—zero accountability or concern for the health and safety of their guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This place should be inspected by the health department.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. We reserved a group block for our wedding at Oceanbleu Catering, and it turned out to be a major mistake. The rooms were in poor condition, basic amenities didn’t work, and the overall service was unacceptable. The room key system was broken, forcing guests to wait in the lobby until someone with a master key could let them in. Communication was equally frustrating—email inquiries took 48–72 hours to receive a reply, and no booking confirmations were ever provided. The front desk staff were consistently unpleasant and unhelpful, and the property is definitely not handicap accessible. To make matters worse, the rooms and overall property felt more like a run-down motel despite the high prices our guests paid. Overall, just a horrible experience and
