Wow wow wow!! We just experienced an exceptional restaurant and hotel stay at the Northport Hotel.My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary here last weekend and the whole experience just blew us away. From the seamless planning with Samantha who could not have been anymore accommodating, to the valet attendant, to the hotel manager ( I believe her name was Jenelle)who left us a beautiful card and treats waiting in our room for our Anniversary!! The hotel was just beautiful!! And the restaurant deserves all the rave reviews.The ambience was elegant while remaining charming & romantic.The food was OUTSTANDING and our waitress Lynn was so attentive and personable. Review of The Northport Hotel (Stay: 12/31–1/2/26)|We had a fantastic stay at The Northport Hotel! The staff was incredible—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was wonderful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made the whole visit feel special.||The New Year’s Eve party was a highlight of our stay. The staff absolutely shined that night—anything you needed, they were right there with a smile. The food was delicious and really well done, though the dessert didn’t quite live up to the rest of the meal. The staff was so friendly, professional and overall exceptional!|From the time we arrived and met the valet. we had a great overnight stay and a wonderful delicious dinner. The Resturant was very crowded and festive for the holidays. The staff was very attentive throughout our meal. | Our room had a complimentary champagne and cake and cookies for my birthday, And 2 bottles of water. That would be my only complaint….we could have used few extra bottles for an overnight stay. Luv the heated bathroom floors. Included also w ur room was a continental breakfast. It was a very boutique hotel vibe and a nice way to celebrate my birthday.

Had our anniversary dinner here. Food and drinks were great. Never felt rushed. Bone marrow escargot was very good. Steak properly cooked and seasoned. Service attentive without being overbearing. Drinks a little $ but at least well made. Taking friends here soon, so hoping for another nice night out.

Really disappointed with our experience. Given the high price point, there were a lot of misses and things that left a lot to be desired. We requested a meal cooked rare, when it came out blue we asked for a ‘quick re-fire’ to bring up to temp. The meal we got back was heavily over cooked, well done vs rare. The manager did offer to take it back again, but by that time we had been waiting a bit and our other entree had been sitting a while. (Not to mention entrees were brought out right after starting the appetizer, and we had to rush to finish that). A small gesture like taking a drink off the bill would have gone a long way (we ordered multiple cocktails and glasses of wine). Would not recommend if looking for an elevated experience.
