The New Lantern Motel

I will say, not worth the money! I stayed here for one night and in that night. I heard people screaming at each other in other room. Not sure if it was domestic or what, I had to turn tv up real loud. Theres alot of homeless people staying here so have to make sure you keep everything locked up. I felt like I was being stared at when I would go to my vehicle. The rooms are tiny , but will say they are clean. But lots of spiders .. I do not recommend staying here. I also tried talking to the boss of that place, and it was like I was annoying him the whole time and like he had something better to do. Felt very rushed... So I will NOT be staying here again. Negative stars!

Wow! Clean, safe, affordable… AND breakfast! The staff works HARD to have a respectable, old-style motor lodge. Makes me wonder if the people who gave this place bad reviews were shady people who would complain about anything anyways or if they have personal grudges for some reason. I recommend this place.

This place is really nice for a motel. The room is small but it’s all you really need. Microwave, refrigerator and beautifully remodeled rooms. The bed was comfortable. Close to st. Bonaventure. Great price! The only issues were the sound of the road which they can’t help and maybe bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again.

Jeff the owner as his team did an excellent job to accommodate our stay and in a last minute pinch due to issues with the room we booked, but none the less the room was great and the attention they give to customers can't be beat. Very grateful and would stay there again without a doubt. Thank you and also to Justin who waited for us to get there!

Stayed in 9. We were there for a softball tournament. Arrived to a VERY clean room. Staff was great and accommodating. Enjoyed the experience and told all the other softball parents about this stunning place for future tournaments! Thanks again for having us!
