The Minuteman Inn

Entering reception area/office I was hit with a strong food smell. It filled the air. Room is damp and smells like there should be empty liquor bottles and cigarette butts all over. Bed sheets feel wet because of the humidity. (Someone else’s) hair all over the bathroom floor. Not just one hair, lots. Door to the room completely bent and did not lock. All windows were closed but unlocked. That scared me a little. Because - why? Bathtub was FILTHY. Toilet seat - filthy. Bathroom sink….you get it. |Windows are grimy. Interior doors are in disrepair and are filthy. Holes in the walls were filled in with spackle and just left like that. Never painted over it. |The only plus - The man at reception was so kind. |Definitely way too expensive for a night here. Rate should be $59 a night. I paid

Do not stay here. It is hazardous to your health. BLACK MOLD ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ I almost stayed in late October 2025, but I had to leave after the second room the guy gave me was moldy as well. Photos enclosed. The man's excuse: sometimes the weather makes it moldy. They try to mask the smell with cleaning products. As you can see, they are too lazy to even clean the climate control unit air filters.

Very affordable and good location. Right off the highway but rural enough for a quiet stay. The rooms are very clean! They also have a nice fire pit with picnic tables! I highly recommend the Minutman Inn!

The Minuteman Inn is cozy! It is in a perfect location, 20 min from Boston , 30 min from New Hampshire. The rooms are clean and service is great. The staff are very attentive to customer needs. A great perk is they have EV charging stations for anyone who has an electric car.

The staff here is so friendly. They are so helpful. I really really enjoyed to stay with them and I will be returning. I’ve been here I think five weeks and I love it. It’s quiet as clean. They are very friendly and very helpful.
