The Mill House

We had a great time during our stay at the Mill House and in the surrounding Lake George/Saratoga Springs Area. The house itself is beautiful and it is good value for the price. However we felt that the house is held back by a few issues. The bath towels provided are super small - somewhere between hand towel and bath towel size - and would not be comfortable once winter is in full swing. Additionally, the electric stove has probably seen better days and should be replaced. It took me 10 minutes and a look through an online instruction manual just to figure out how to turn it on and a further half an hour to cook 4 pancakes because it just never got hot enough. Perhaps the biggest problem was the flies in our room - the lookout - which are pictured below. There were five or so clustered

We had such a wonderful time at The Mill House for our family reunion! The home is beautiful with plenty of space, so even with a full group we never felt on top of each other. My bedroom was roomy, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor throughout the house is gorgeous—the architecture really adds to the charm. One of our favorite memories was spending an evening going through the collection of cassettes and CDs—it gave the house such a cozy, nostalgic feel. Everything about the stay was warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect as well—we took a day trip to Saratoga Springs, which is a beautiful town with great shopping and sights. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The Mill house was the perfect extended weekend getaway for us. The old Victorian house has a lot of charm with modern comforts. The vibes set were intentional for a welcoming stay. It was nice not having to fight over the king size bed, when almost every room had a king size bed with ample space! We enjoyed grilling in the yard, it had all the comforts of home, with out any of the hastle. Planning on having another stay here next time we're all in the area!

Had an awesome stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I could ever ask for. Even Mew, my travel buddy, felt right at home. The location in Corinth is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing spot. The host was great and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again, and stop by a Stewarts while I’m at it!

We spent a long weekend here with a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house is huge, comfortable, and full of character. There was more than enough space for 15 of us to spread out, but also plenty of cozy spots to hang out together especially the big kitchen and living room.
