The Melody Lodge

Absolutely incredible transformation! The Melody Lodge is now a perfect mountain getaway—serene, charming, and beautifully renovated from top to bottom. The new owners have done an amazing job blending modern comfort with rustic charm. Cozy rooms, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere make it the ideal retreat.

Great service and excellent food! We didn't have reservations but we're able to get a table in the bar room which was fine. Wife really enjoyed the salmon and my steak was cooked just as I requested. I would have preferred a second choice of vegetables as I don't like Brussels sprouts

First time dining out indoors since covid hit (six months). It was perfect. Couple of beers, cesar salad, bbq ribs, and a slice of carrot cake. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, if not a bit awkward in a sweet way. The patrons at the next table over stopped and chatted with us on their way out. We are definitely not in Brooklyn anymore! We ate on the pub side as the restaurant side requires reservations.

8/12/21-not commenting on main dining area. Been coming to Melody Lodge for 15+ years. Loved the main dining area and the pub. Have not tried the main dining area with the new owners. The pub area is awful! We let our 1 year old grandson crawl on the floors while we were in wait mode. As a result his knees and hands were filthy. Waitress even said we would have to wash him up before he ate. Wow! We ordered grilled cheese for him and his 2 1/2 year old sister. They came out completely burnt on one side (the down side so the waitress wouldn’t see it). How much would it cost to make a new grilled cheese? The menu was in our opinion poor, especially compared to the previous owners. The menu prices were not correct and we had surprises when our bill came. $17.95 for two crab cakes, some menus

We had my son’s rehearsal dinner at Melody Lodge and everything was spectacular!!! The food was absolutely delicious, Chef William is amazing!!! I wish I could post a picture of the antipasto bar! The service was wonderful, everyone so sweet and accommodating to our large group!!! We cannot thank Elizabeth, Lizzie, and Chef William enough for making our evening so special ❤️
