The Maze of Hochatown

Great family friendly fun! The maze is a great challenge for any age. Too challenging for young kids but great way to get some exercise. The paths are well kept, some cement and some gravel- all level without bumps. Fun gift-shop has lots of T-shirts. You get a stamp card with 11 targets to complete as you go through the maze. No plumbing- only toilets are very clean outhouses with hand wash station. No toilets in the maze. There are lots of drinking water stations in the maze for hydration. Most of the maze is well covered with shelter, there are large fans to keep the air moving. There is an employee on duty in middle platform of maze at all times for safety and assistance. Wheelchair accessible option. Excellent activity. Very fun challenge!

This was SO much fun. 8 of us went, and broke into teams of two. The maze is much larger and more complicated than it might seem from the outside. A really fun challenge. Nicely covered over a larger portion of the maze. 100% would do again!! I am a travel agent and I'll definitely be suggesting this to any clients traveling to this area.

The maze is bigger than you think, it was so much fun! It takes you a little bit to go through and find everything you're supposed to find. But it was a great family adventure, great time. Super cute shirts in stock! Other then the mildly rude front desk person it was a great experience. Bathrooms are porta potties, they do have a hand washing station.

Overall, we enjoyed the maze experience. It was our first time trying this kind of activity, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. The goal is to reach all 5 towers and stamp your booklet - and we managed to do it all. I also liked that there are shaded areas to protect from the sun, and in many spots, there's water and little cups available to quench your thirst in the heat. My small suggestion: consider giving out some small candies to the kids at the end of the maze, since they really put in a lot of effort

This place has a friendly staff who run a fun maze. It's the best first activity when you visit Hochatown because you get stamps from other cool local businesses.
