The Mayan Princess

The view was great. The condo was older but very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Over all the condo was great. The heated pool could not keep up with the weather. The hot tub could. Didn't use any service from the condo office or business except the pool. All is good and I'll stay again when I come down.

We truly enjoyed our vacation stay at the Mayan Princess. We booked unit #318, which is a 2bd/2.5ba end unit on the 3rd and 4th floors. While the resort is a bit dated, it's kept fairly clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pools & outside amenities, as well as easy access to the beach, is a huge plus. We'll definitely be back!!!

We stayed in 317. While the place was clean and spacious.. all of furniture is so outdated, it was uncomfortable to sit on or sleep on. The dining room table and the outside patio tables, are about the only updated furniture in there. Oh, bring your own pillows, and if you're using the hide a bed, bring padding if you can. Again, everything was great except it was very outdated. Mayan Princess has gone downhill lately... hopefully they get it back to where it use to be. The place has a great location, and access to the beach. But was not worth the price we paid vs. what we got.

I had a wonderful experience at Mayan Princess. The service was excellent, staff were attentive and friendly, and everything felt well taken care of. The stay was comfortable, with clean rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The environment was welcoming and made the whole visit enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to relax and be treated with genuine hospitality.

We stayed during labor day weekend. The pools were perfect for families. The walk to the beach couldn't be better, very short and efficient. The place was clean but was built in the 80s and hasn't been updated much.
