The Mariner Suites Hollywood

This establishment looks nothing like the pictures! MAJOR maintenance is needed, as the top railing is coming apart and there are cracked sharp tiles around pool area , pool filter is half off, and pool chairs are cracked , all which can cause injuries. I wouldn’t say this is a family friendly place as most patrons were smoking marijuana around pool area and also coming from rooms. I also found hair on sheets upon arrival. The only positive is the proximity to the beach! I believe this establishment could probably be nice if the owners do major maintenance for safety and for improvement and ON Site management.

This hotel is in a great location! It is steps from the boardwalk and the beach. Please keep in mind this is an OLD hotel. It is not fancy, some of the tiles are broken on the outside walking area, and I was very worried when we drove up. The rooms however were updated and satisfactory. The wall heat/air unit dripped and discolored the wall, but it was very clean overall. Be aware, there is NO OFFICE to check into. You will be emailed a code for the main gate and your room. The lady working there cleaning rooms, etc... didn't speak any English, but with the help of Google Translate, she was VERY helpful. She even gave us beach chairs and an umbrella to use throughout our stay, which was very helpful. She also prepared our rooms quickly, since we arrived from the airport before che

This place is PERFECT location but horrible stay. Our room smelled like wet paint all weekend, the showers NEVER got hot, the bed was tough to sleep on. I know you get what you pay for but I would never stay back at this location. There was also people nightly screaming at one another. I wish it felt more clean and the showers actually got warm.

This location is great and if you have a group of 11 like we did this is the place to stay. Mariner Suites were accommodating, and customer service was great. They were quick with their responses and helpful in whatever we needed. My husband and I have stayed here before so when we had family in town, we called them and booked a couple of rooms with no hassle. All the room are updated, clean and functional. Family loved it. This place is steps to the beach with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Book yours today :)

Scam!! Ok so I haven’t even gotten to the hotel yet and problems already have appeared. I booked the room directly through there website and got a confirmation email. About a week later I get an email saying I need to put a card on file for the room to confirm my reservation and keep my room held this was already after I payed. Note this also came directly from the same email as my reservation. So I do this, shortly after I realized another 500$ charge was placed on my card. So I immediately dispute the transaction and cancel my card I’m still waiting to hear back from the bank. Another few minutes later I get another email saying to ignore the previous one and it was a scam there channel manager put out. So I understand things happening, and there’s bad people so I called the hotel and sa
