The Malon Resort

I spoke to the manager, Lorena. It is extremely rare for me to write reviews, but I am confused by this woman’s anger and lack of respect for others. She was sarcastic, rude, and even hung up on me at one point after a simple question. I will NEVER be staying at this hotel as a result of her behavior, especially since I don’t want to be required to communicate with such an immature manager. It is extremely upsetting as we were looking into this hotel for a large event and family affair. I hope Lorena has a better day tomorrow and attempts to treat others with kindness so she doesn’t lose anymore business.

I called this property to set up a retreat for one of my clients. Unfortunately the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was extremely curt and acted as if my call was interrupting her day. I inquired about an event in 2025 and need around 12-15 rooms for the event and i was informed you need a minimum of 100 rooms? Very disappointed in the customer service.

The place is in a remote upscale fresh air area, a very accommodating and recommending place, I did not expect such a nice devoted team of staff, so friendly and concerning, the place is spotless clean and the hallways and the rooms are like new, they have a variety of room sizes what you could choose for adding guests end small refrigerators up on demand, they have a kosher restaurant serving upscale food, breakfast and dinner for an affordable price and your choice to choose, we the extended I want to stay as of satisfaction.
