The Lee House

The Lee House is awesome! We have stayed there on multiple occasions, visiting friends in the Water Valley/Oxford area. The house is newly renovated with all of the modern necessities, yet maintains its historic charm. The three bedrooms and two full baths make it easy for our family plus friends to stay together and enjoy the well appointed kitchen and the awesome outdoor seating area, as well as the front porch with its rocking chairs. It is within easy walking distance of the charming downtown Water Valley area, with its great restaurants and brewery. Jerry Anne and Gil, the hosts, are wonderful and full of great ideas and helpful tips for enjoying the area. We have made the Lee House our home away from home when visiting Water Valley, and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Lee House! It is a beautifully decorated quaint place to visit. It is very clean and well kept. It has a nice backyard for entertaining. It’s only a walk away from downtown Water Valley and a short drive from Oxford. Jerri Ann is great to help meet all your needs!

The owners, Gil and Jerri Anne Davis, have put their heart and soul into The Lee House. The Lee House is beautiful and charming. It’s a home away from home. The owners graciously accommodate your requests. Located in a great neighborhood. Short walking distance to local eateries/entertainment. Will definitely stay again.

My boyfriend brought me here for a weekend getaway because he knew I loved older homes. The first time I drove up to The Lee House, I was immediately enthralled by the beautiful, hand-crafted doors. After admiring the doors, I couldn't wait to see the inside of the house because I knew it had to be just as beautiful as the outside. I was not disappointed at all! When I walked inside, I felt right at home with charming and vintage decor. After exploring the entire house and getting settled in, we enjoyed a nice drink out on the patio out back. The bistro lights were a nice touch and my favorite part of the backyard. After we finished our drinks, we decided to wander downtown since it was so close to the house. Twenty-three cousins and spouses gathered for a reunion in Water Valley and the Lee House was Headquarters. Jeri Ann and Gil were the best! They arranged an outdoor casual dinner in the back yard and had appetizers as the group gathered from Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Texas, Missouri, and Tennessee. Jeri also helped with arrangements for others and had suggestions for us. The beds at Lee House were so comfortable, the Anderson gang staying there was well rested for the next two days .
