Wow what can I say other than wow!!! this places service and management is sub par. My issue with my stay was the toilet in my room would not flush anything down! I called front desk(if you could call it that) and was directed to a number to call for after hours. I called this number multiple times. No answer. Now my daughter is just getting potty trained and she will tell you everytime she has to go and our toilet would not flush, so we went across the street to gas station and to dollar general a mile down the road. This was on Thanksgiving mind you. Now fast forward call to explain issue and the lady stated she'd look into it, a week later there is a 50$ credit to my credit card. Now thats nice they see the issue and are attempting to make it right but this room cost 115$ if they acknow
Very friendly staff. Nice, new decor. The sink drain leaked onto the floor. The sheets did not appear to have been laundered as we found a girls hair band and what appeared to be dried nasal mucous under the pillow of one bed. We reserved 2 nights but did not stay the second night.
Has been a good value in the past. Now however jacking the prices during the big bass bash. Thanks but not that great. Also should mention there is no housekeeping if you stay 3 days and as such no clean towels. During our stay water went totally off numerous times so couldn't shower or brush teeth or make coffee. After lots of phone calls to the alleged emergency number they all went to voicemail and got no return call. Finally called police dispatch who was able to get water back on after several hours. Oh well went off several times the next 2 days including Sunday morning when we left. Had to go to service station to use restroom. Been trying since to get some compensation since. Finally got an offer of $50 off total bill. What a crappy place and Management.
If I could leave a zero, I would. The unprofessionalism and demeaning attitude of the customer service representative on the other end of the line was beyond. We arrived at 11pm from out of town, long story short, we were left stranded with no where to stay as bikefest had every single room, everywhere booked. Given, I did book through Expedia, understand most places prefer first party booking(and boy, did the representative make that known), either way, we still were choosing to stay with this place. While on the phone with the representative, he was able to confirm my booking, however could not give me absolutely any details about how to check in, for over a hr i was speaking with this representative and instead of helping, or providing what they can do, they continued to belittle me for
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. We came from a few hours away to watch our 5 year old grandson play t-ball. We are of the age that we don't feel safe driving after dark. The room is very clean, new linens, a good value and nice area for grilling and pitfire including the wood and an extinguisher. We normally go to high end hotels. We researched and thought we would try it out. We will definitely come back when we are visiting our kids.
