This would be 5 Stars if the water was better, the sulfur smell is outrageous. They do have a water system for the chapel but wow it's still bad. The chapel is in a great location and very spacious, clean, well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed our time and will be back.
We have stayed here several years in a row for a week in November. It is such a nice getaway and wonderful downtime and relaxation for me and my husband with nearby areas for activities for our grown children to do something more active. Set nicely in between Port Austin and Bad Axe.

Have never stayed but we do live down the street. Lovely old church.
