This hotel is very cute. The gift shop and cafe have awesome food and trinkets. We have stayed here 3x now and I love the rocking chairs around the fire pit but have yet to be able to use the pool as it’s outdoor and always chilly when I come. The spa was meh - pretty pricy and no pressure/effort on the massage by the tech. The evening crew must be new because it takes forever to check in. The rooms have negative sound proofing from the hallway and the door. You can hear every convo and the house keeping team is very chatty and loud in the mornings which we can hear all of it. The curtains are light filtering but I’d love a black out option. The rooms are well laid out and nice amenities such as a couch, desk, full length mirror, nespresso machine, fridge, robes, drawers, etc. The wate

Absolutely the best service and food. The grounds are peaceful. Around 10 minutes after check in I received a text asking if I needed anything. I found that to be service above and beyond. The front desk staff was amazing. I interacted mostly with Henry. He was pleasant, smiled, and helped me when I needed it. Im hoping to return again next year.

We were looking for a quick getaway to decompress from the holidays, and had a wonderful experience at the Inn. The facility is well appointed, clean and inviting. The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. We chose a Queen Garden suite, which had a sitting room with a fireplace, which was a great addition for a winter stay. |We also did the breakfast package, which included a cooked to order breakfast at the Marketplace. The package was $30 towards your breakfast order, which we squeaked in just under. This was a much more satisfying meal than most buffet syle hotel breakfasts, since it was cooked fresh for us, and we could choose from the menu. ||My one comment was going to be as a tea drinker, the in room coffee service did not have any tea options, or even a way to make hot water.

The inn and spa staff are friendly and professional. The spa services (massage and facial) were great. My skin glowed more after the facial. It’s a beautiful inn. The rooms in a barn are gorgeous and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is powerful and the towels are great quality. I appreciate the thoughtful bathroom design — e.g., properly vented, ample lighting (dim and bright lights), a makeup mirror, and a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The cons with the barn are as described…power surges, and the walls are kind of thin and the doors are very loud when they shut so it can be very noisy at times. There was a group of people conversing loudly and being disruptive on the first floor until after midnight.

Very enjoyable stay. Charming resort with beautiful grounds. We stayed in a suite in the main resort. The suite was perfect for three people with some privacy. The room was decorated nicely with a gas fireplace. The bathroom was huge with a large double sink area. The restaurant, Knoxies was excellent, great atmosphere. Cute store and lobby area. The fire pits were enjoyable along with the Chefs garden. I only wish they had a pool option for my son in late Oct. They only offer outdoor pools in season. The hotel is located next to a very busy highway and can be loud. However, it wasn’t bad in room. My only dislikes: no full-length mirror and the room got stuffy at night with no way to lower the air-conditioning below a set temp. Otherwise, nice stay and I hope to return.
