The Inn at Swarthmore

My husband and I stayed here for a local overnight getaway. It was a lovely experience. Clean, peaceful, with a great gift shop and restaurant attached. I really enjoyed our time there and made sweet memories. I must say the restaurant was the highlight. The food was so fresh, delicious, and the service was quick. From the drinks to dessert, everything was fantastic.

Big room. Clean but dated furniture and not well lit. Cozy atmosphere. Bar in the building closes a bit early. Good for folks passing through. Swarthmore is a nice college town and isn't far from philadelphia airport.

The Inn at Swarthmore was the perfect setting for a wedding. Melissa, Edi, and the whole planning staff were incredibly thoughtful and knew how to make the event special. They made the entire day feel seamless and stress-free. The event itself was beautifully set up, we never felt overwhelmed, and were taken care of by the staff at every turn. The Inn’s holiday feel and beautiful location made it a wonderful time for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people or place to celebrate our milestone.

A beautiful, clean hotel right on the Swarthmore campus. Rooms are standard and similar to many properties but very modern and well equipped. I’ve stayed here several times. My only consistent concern is the lack of any breakfast offered outside of the very nice (but very expensive) on site restaurant. Normally a hotel at this price point would have at least a simple buffet available for guests.
