The Inn at Punxsutawney

A lovely hotel, run by very attentive staff. I only had two minor criticisms. Firstly, the drain on the bath, which has the shower overhead, is incapable of keeping up with the flow. This was a minor concern, but at one point a staff member asked me if I had the curtain inside the bath itself, as apparently they had water ingress downstairs. I'd suspect these things are connected. That said, it was snowing so any number of plumbing issues might exist, but I was slightly offended it was suggested it was my fault. Secondly, while I was waiting to be collected, and after checking out at the agreed time, I was told I was welcome to sit in the small lounge near their open fire and television, as I had baggage, I happily accepted. Had a great stay at the Inn during a ahort visit to the area.

Honestly for the price I was expecting the place to be very meh, but when we walked in it was really nice. The lobby, pool, hallways and the room we stayed in were all exceptionally clean. The pillows could be better, kinda felt like I didn’t have one lol, but other than that no complaints! They did have cable TV rather than a smart tv which was honestly kind of refreshing. The staff I spoke to were super nice! I think the one was named April? Cant totally remember, but she was super sweet and we had a pretty great conversation. Super close to Walmart and some food, and it’s just down the street from Punxy itself. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for your next stay wether it’s for business, visiting family, or tourism!

All I can say I I miss this place! Greg is very special! Brandy is the best person you can ever meet! Memory and Denise best people you can stay up with! Rooms are clean! This little town should be very proud of the group that takes care of this place! Best place I have stayed all year wish I could go back! Area is great! Go Phil! He is lucky to have this place as his neighbor !

First visit to Punxsatawney and our stay was great! Clean and Spacious rooms, nice pool. good breakfast included!
