The Inn at Gran View

It was all that we hoped for, coming there with our little dog. Beautiful view, comfortable room, pet friendly, good breakfast. Thank you. The TV did not work though-perhaps the remote needed batteries. I also would have liked to have a queen bed in a pet-friendly room. Maybe someday you'll put a queen bed (instead of just two double beds) in one of your pet-friendly rooms--that will suit us taller pet owners a bit better. We think we will be back though. Thanks again.

Room was clean and organized well- made you feel more at home than a hotel . Plenty of parking. No problem with cell service here. Checkin was easy. Breakfast in the morning was great . Restaurant located on site (make sure to check the hours). Porch offered a great view of the St. Lawerence river . Mini fridge with the freezer was a life saver ! Bottle water provided in the fridge . Overall, great experience .

Positive: nice location Negative: AC unit must be 40 years old.. it doesn’t generate cool air. Yard work and chainsaws at 8:05 am!?

The room and view were excellent! Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent, great service, friendly, the head chef even came out to make sure everything was good. The food was great and very reasonably priced. This Is the first time we stayed here, won’t be the last! We saw an evacuation of 2! We could have stayed there for a week!

The Inn at Gran View was perfect! From friendly staff at check-in to an immaculate room to bar and restaurant staff who were so welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy the views as much as I’d like since I was traveling for work, but from what I could see, they were breathtaking! I woke up to a dead car battery, called the front desk to see if they could help and they had maintenance over within 5 minutes to jump my car. I loved this hotel so much, I plan to make it a point to visit again for pleasure and spend time enjoying all it has to offer.
