Beyond Expectations... A Luxurious Gem in Murray Hill! ​ My wife and I recently stayed at The Hub Murray Hill, and it was truly beyond our expectations. We hope you have an amazing vacation in Colombia! ​We stayed in Room 147 on the first floor, and we were blown away by how spacious and luxurious it felt. The kitchenette was a great touch, but the highlight was the modern crown molding with integrated LED lighting, it gives the room such a high-end, sophisticated vibe. This hotel is a hidden gem. It is not like any other Best Western hotel. The receptionist Monique was very friendly and helpful. The followup was great The rooms were great and clean. I wish they had more vegetarian choices at breakfast such as vegetarian sausage. For those who cannot eat eggs, the choices are limited (I eat eggs). However that does not detract from the rest of the hotel. The restaurant, Hub, attached to the hotel was good and had several selections. It is a separate business and they cannot charge your room, which is not a big issue. The added benefit of two Tesla level 2 chargers was a great benefit for charging an EV overnight. I would stay there again, if an occasion arises.

Positive: The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My son & I truly enjoyed most the wonderful options available for breakfast. Negative: There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. It met my expectations.

Excellent experience. The staff is warm and loving. Ali and Dominque are wonderful people there and made our visit nice despite the reason for our visit the passing of our family member. We will definitely stay here again to visit other family that is close by. Thanks for the god experience here

Every corner of the hotel felt well maintained. The lobby was clean and modern, the elevators were fast, and the hallways were always quiet. My room had a pleasant scent and was clearly cleaned thoroughly before I arrived.
