The Hotel Texan

We had a fantastic time here. Plenty of food,snacks. We had run of the whole Hotel. Cooked our own breakfast and dinner one night. They have drinks and snacks for your stay. I gave it 5 stars. Friendly staff.

Our family had the best time at The Hotel Texan! We arrived in the middle of the night because all of the hotels in the area were completely booked. Gareth was so welcoming and accommodating for our big family. He made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door.||The hotels rooms feel so homey, almost like you’re staying at a family members house. The hotel is very quaint and historic too, which gives it a unique feel.||The kids got to feed the coy fish in the morning and had the best breakfast! Gareth even surprised them with special drink boxes! ||We loved our stay here and highly recommend it! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be back!

My wife & I stayed one night at the Hotel Texan & really enjoyed it. The hotel has alot of history & it was super clean. It is better than some high end chain hotels. The staff was great & it was a charming place. Reminds me of the good old days.

My husband and I stayed here as part of our vacation travel going home. This hotel was such a treat! It is quaint, quiet, clean and very comfy.

I don't think my last post went through. 😪 Thank you for taking care of our family this weekend, saying goodbye to a childhood town is so difficult when you're attending two funerals for lived ones on the same day. Loved the creaking floors, antique furniture and true hospitality. ❤️
