The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center

Mixed feelings about this one. I had reserved the “Superior King Room”. I had even confirmed both in my confirmation, and in the phone the day before, and day of, my arrival (spoke to the for other reasons). The good: * The layout of the hotel was nice, though their stair access is limited and poorly signed. I prefer stairs over elevators. * The room and accommodations were decent. * The staff were certainly friendly and helpful. * The cleaning staff for my room did a very nice job each day. (May help that tip well each day.) The not-so-good: * The ?air freshener? In the main lobby was VERY over-powering. In addition to that, I have never had any type of reaction, allergy or other, to any smell. Whatever they were blasting in the lobby darn near killed me (figuratively)… to the point I

My daughter had an interview at Auburn so we stayed there overnight this past week. Location is great. Heart of downtown. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Two things I did not like about the hotel was parking fee and the cleaning maids came to clean our room before checkout time. I might try another hotel off campus next time due to the parking fee.

An absolutely delightful hotel directly across the street from Auburn University. Immaculate, beautiful rooms. Awesome shower with great water pressure. Soft, comfy beds, pillows and comforters. Complimentary snack room on each floor, complimentary Nespresso in the room. PET FRIENDLY with no additional deposit required!!!!! Safe, walkable surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants. The staff are welcoming in every interaction. We would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless with a very nice bathroom and walk in shower. The coffee bar and Italian restaurant attached were delicious and well priced. The location is perfect, just on the edge of campus across from the library. Would certainly recommend!!
