Horrible hotel, very deceiving. We made reservations a month before we traveled there. Reserved a king room for three days. Reported we have a small LICENSED service dog. Upon arrival we were denied our room and given a double bed room. We were told if we didn't like it, we could leave...and refused to refund any money. |They were SUPER rude as well. All of this Horrible treatment during our trip there to bury our son with his grandma. |Drive the extra distance and stay at a better hotel.

Horrible experience. After making reservations months in advance, as well as calling the actual hotel. We were denied the room we paid for (even though we asked about the "pet friendly" policies.) because my wife has to have a service dog (which is documented and licensed) we were told we could only have a room with a double bed. And if we didn't like it, we could leave and they would not refund our money. The room was infested with roaches; the bed was hard and dingy. All of this horrible treatment during a terrible time of our lives. We were there to bury our son beside his favorite grandmother. Please save yourself the heartache.... Go ten miles further to a better hotel.

I've stayed here many times over the years when I come into town to visit friends and I was delighted to find this week that the rooms have been updated since the last time I was here which was awesome. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice size vanity with sink. Large fridge, microwave, flat screen tv. Clean room! The Heritage Inn is always my go-to when I'm in Huntingdon ❤️

Absolute terrible!! The pool looks like it's been closed for years. Weeds growing on top of liner. The pictures online are deceiving & are probably photo shopped so beware! Made an online reservation cause it said Pet Friendly & i have a service dog. I got a king size bed & checked the pet box. When we got to the hotel & I showed the lady at the desk my service dog paper she refused them & forced me & my husband to take a double bed room. I told her I already paid for the king. She refused & said I could leave and refused a refund. So we were forced to take the double, no discount, no refunds. The room had roaches so had to go get bug spray cause we were stuck there for 3 days. My son came the next day & he got a king smoking room which was filthy with burn holes everywhere. We would hav

Hotel is great, beds are comfortable. AC works really well in the summer. The only complaint I have is I noticed that the refrigerator in my room was working like a freezer. I tried turning the knob but the knob came right off. The fridge was needed mainly because my friend and I had a 3 year old with us that needs milk. When I told the front desk I literally got asked "what do you want us to do about it?". Other than that, everything else was great.
