The Harrison Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

This was our second stay here, both times the staff was excellent. Beds are comfortable and the free breakfast was a nice touch and had a large assortment of breakfast staples! The first time we had one of the new remodeled units and it was beautiful and clean. The second time we got an older unit that was not very clean. The white top sheet had hair on it and the floors were not well swept or cleaned. If this was our first experience, we would not have returned this time. Once the remodel is complete, I’m sure it will be fantastic. Upon checking in, maybe try asking for one of the remodeled units. Overall, satisfied for the price we paid.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late. When we got to the reception desk, the staff member told us she was doing the night audit and that the front desk staff had already left. The check-in process took a very long time because she could not find our reservation in their system. Several times she said our booking did not exist, even though we clearly showed her our booking reference and payment confirmation. She mentioned that she needed to contact her manager, which made the wait even longer. After quite some time, she finally decided to give us a room and said she would “upgrade” us since our reservation wasn’t appearing in their system. She also offered us free drinks to compe

I had an excellent stay at The Harrison. While I typically stay at larger chain hotels, this property was a great change of pace. The rooms are comfortable and contemporary following their recent remodel. The location is walkable and has convenient and affordable access to the Hollywood Boardwalk via the Circuit Shuttle. Hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay, and their knowledge is a local attractions was very helpful. Having the airport shuttle and luggage storage service were also nice conveniences. Highly recommendeded!

A pretty nice place to stay. Pretty obviously dated and run cheaply but no real complaints. Had some cool features for kids that my son liked. My keys got randomly deactivated twice which was annoying after a long day wanting to get back in my room. Front desk people were super nice and are 5/5. Location was great. Parking was good and included but real tight. It's like a motel type situation that is enclosed. Lots of noise at night from nearby rooms.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable. They have thought of every detail. The lighting, linens and hospitality comparable to much more expensive lodging. The bathroom had lots of towel racks, hooks and shelves so no competition between couples for space. The pool is brand new and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of protein with extended hours. The neighborhood is charming with limitless options for delicious meals. Loved the experience!
