Shopping experiences are great with friendly staff, that are helpfuland knowledgeable about products and services. My stay since I've checked in had been an adventure. Let me explain. Day 1 I checked in, I've experienced tremendous issues with my room in Junipe suite pool view with balcony. Broken balcony door that needed maintenence, broken bath fosid that splattered water everywhere. After complaining to a manager, they moved me to a platinum penthouse suite with no balcony that felt closed in. The manager comped my bill, during my stay my room wasn't tended nor cleaned during my st

The Guitar Hotel is an absolutely stunning destination and a true Florida landmark. The design alone is breathtaking, especially at night when the guitar lights up. From the moment you arrive, everything feels upscale, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and luxurious, with incredible views. The casino, restaurants, and entertainment options are top notch, offering something for everyone. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting or staying here and give it a 5-star rating.

The hotel really sucks at serving their own customers. I was arranged to a room next to rooftop building where having parties everyday. Very loud. And if you forgot to leave tip in the room, no one will clean the room. I was very unhappy with the experience so I wanted to check out early on the 29th. My reservation was from dec 23rd to Jan 1st. On the Jan 1st, I received a receipt from the hotel and showing I was changed for 3 additional nights. I contact the hotel and the hotel just kept passing the buck to booking.com. Literally not recommending to anyone.
