The Grove at Harmony

I had to put my grandmother in Kadima a few months ago and it was wonderful. There are staffing deficits everywhere, but they did a fantastic job keeping my grandmother safe and made sure all of her basic needs were met. Would for sure recommend!

My husband spent time there. They took good care of him. Staff was all nice and helpful. Was clean smelling and looked clean. Some places are not. My biggest gripe is the door thing to get in and out. I had to walk the whole place to get out the day he was released. They should have codes to give people to leave or have someone sitting at the window at all times to make sure people get in and out in a quick time.

My dad stayed here recently and was given amazing care. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and patient. It’s a good place to do rehab after a hospital stay.

They don’t deserve one star. They hang up on you if they don’t like the inquiries you make about your loved ones. They take it personally, but this is your parent that you’re checking in on. Very unprofessional staff members at the facility. They never answer the phone. You can never get report from who directly cares for your loved one. Make sure your loved one has a phone to reach you or you are visiting often. Verbal abuse. Rough intentionally with the patient and disrespectful towards the patient.

Our neighbor Earl got great care while there for therapy. After he was sent home they made follow up calls to check on him and to schedule his home care.
