The Elser Hotel Miami

I’m a little late with this review, but I do want to put in a great word for the Elser hotel. This was such a great location for us to sightsee and walk around Miami. With Bayside being right across the street and as close to everything was just that much better. The hotel is amazing. The rooms are fantastic and huge. We had an amazing view that overlooked the port. We had our own kitchen if we want to cook. The weight room was really good, and the swimming pool was a rooftop pool, which was fantastic. They had a little restaurant up there as well right beside the pool area. We ended up having a waiter named Russell, who was absolutely fantastic the whole time we were there. Positive: Location Negative: Amenities are cheap. Cleanliness was subpar. Staff was very unaccommodating. Door handle broke and I was locked in until my husband returned!!! & for this inconvenience they gave us 1nite comped valet parking. I will never consider this hotel again!

From the moment we arrived, the front desk experience was top-tier. Leandro greeted us with such warmth and professionalism — he was incredibly inviting, kind, and genuinely attentive. Literally, one of my favorite places to stay in Miami. The staff here are always very accommodating and very helpful and they know how to make you feel at home. I dealt with a young lady by the name of jeyre and she made me feel so good about choosing the elsner ! Great location ! Very secure ! Amazing gym !
