The Elaine Flats

Great houses/flats, but when my family and I were inside, our feet and socks got all black. It was as if there was something on the ground that wasn’t clean. Otherwise, it was a great space with many provided items. But if you stay here, I would recommend that you wear shoes inside if you don’t want to wash your feet too often. But around the flats, there are many restaurants in walking distance to Little Havana.

It was nice and cozy place to stay for a few days the only issue I had was parking is very limited. I feel like there should be a one car per tenant. That's the only reason why I didnt give it a 5 star rating. But it was great. The host was very accommodating as well!

Nice apartments, booked through trip advisor. Lock box entry, wifi is okay. Walking distance from a few shops and in the middle of little Havana. Both front and back parking, apartments are slightly old butt modern interior.

The short rental business always artificially increases prices. Don't pay their mortgage.

Good clean stay.. convenient to 8th Ave and downtown little Havana
