The Eight 2 Eight Rental Hall

I've used 828 Hall multiple times for both family and business events, and I’ve always had a great experience. Yes, the owners are particular about who rents their space, but that’s understandable—unfortunately, some people don’t respect their property. Treat it like any other contract: clean up after yourself and leave it as you found it. The owners are very nice and genuinely helpful, providing everything you need for a successful event. The hall itself is beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped, with two bathrooms, plenty of chairs and tables, a small prep area with a stove and refrigerator, and even a small bar. Don’t let negative reviews discourage you—if you’re respectful, you’ll have a fantastic event in a high-quality venue. I’ll continue using their services every year. Highly re

Beautiful spacious venue for any event! Big kitchen, space for bar, and tables and chairs!

Venue was beautiful. Plenty of room for guests, restrooms are clean and inviting. Has a kitchen, and a coat rack. Would definitely use again!

My husband and I had our wedding here on the 13th of October and it was perfect! Very great people to work with and I have already been recommending the location to my friends. We held the ceremony and reception here and had about 60 people(10 round tables) and a DJ setup, everyone fit comfortably. Would recommend 10/10

Owners are awesome, I've used them in the past and they were very accommodating. When my banquet room is already booked I never hesitate to send people their way. Nice addition to Shepherd and a beautiful remodel of an old landmark!
