The Duncan Hotel

JEANINE IS THE BEST INNKEEPER IN ARIZONA. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB! COMPLETELY REMODELED WITH CLOSE ACCES TO THE FEW STORES AND RESTAURANT IN TOWN. A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. ALL NEW INSIDE.

Stayed one night while on a bicycle tour in the area. Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this little hotel. Room was clean and well appointed and had all the standard amenities (TV. mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Good breakfast restaurant right across the street. Staff was friendly, check-in was quick and easy and the rates were very reasonable. My only minor complaint is the road noise, but that subsided later in the evening. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

I like nice classic places like this; there's a special feeling about them. I was on a personal cycling tour and called to make a reservation when I made it to Pima that afternoon. I was really touched that Jeanie, I hope I remember the name, was waiting form me on the steps. She had already given me the info I needed to get in my room, but she wanted to insure an easier secure place for my bike.

Didn't make there until 8pm last night and she came back over after just leaving and got there pretty fast. She was very nice and the room was great and very clean. Good wifi connection. And it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. They were definitely life savers because everyone else was booked and I had to greyhound to catch. You guys are great the price was fair. Being only place left with a room alot of places raise the price they didn't. If your ever passing thru Duncan AZ I can't recommend these guys enough. I don't leave many reviews but they definitely deserved one.

This place is a jewel. While bicycling coast-to-coast (for the sixth time in five years), I was hosted here at the hotel and had such a great time. The rooms are fully-furnished and remodeled at a very high-level. You literally walk from historical Duncan into an oasis. You have to stay here! I’d go out of my way to come back here.
