The Dolphin Hollywood Hotel

A great location, clean + nice rooms, and truly amazing staff. Susan was so welcoming and gracious during our trip. They provided beach towels and chairs, allowed us to store luggage, and consistently went above and beyond. Was a great local spot to stay and we will definitely be back!

A bit tired and everything felt a bit damp. Attached video of the wobbly tap in the kitchen which needs attention, like it when we got there. Photos are walls that haven't been repaired properly, floor gaps and threshold issues. The floor has gaps in it, felt dirty and I tripped over the threshold of the toilet to the room twice, as there is no transition of the laminate to the flatter floor in the toilet. The toilet is very, very small. However, the location is really great, just yards from the broadwalk and beach. If this place had a bit more attention, it could be amazing. Left approximately 10.30am but office was closed and the credit damage deposit only cleared today, 7 whole days since we left the property.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is fantastic. A few steps away from the boardwalk. Have stayed here a few times and will return. Quality, price, staff....why go anywhere else

I've stayed here so many times I cannot count. If you want to stay on the beach this is your spot. Don't believe everything you read! The staff is great, you can't beat the location and it's on the beach so don't expect room service and high cost valet parking. Expect a clean room that smells clean and a little sand here and there. I've never seen bugs inside, the bed spreads are washed after each stay. You cannot beat the parking price. This place is very personable, again with a great staff. Again it's on the beach!

My family was in need of a place to stay in Hollywood for one night, and since we weren't renting a car, we really preferred to have something right on the beach. I scoured the Internet trying to find an affordable place near/on the Broadwalk that wasn't dirty or big infested, and finally I came across the Dolphin Hollywood Hotel. It was literally steps away from the beach and on a quieter place on the Broadwalk, which was so nice for nighttime, but it was still only a 5-10 min walk to all the action. The room was like a standard hotel room except it had a full kitchen (another huge plus!), a huge shower in the bathroom with amazing water pressure (but only if you like a really strong pressure…sensitive people beware!), but the highlight was the staff.
