Positive: The relaxing atmosphere Negative: Room service took long and they charge you for internet plus the fees were constant and they charged $500 as a hold that wasnt ever mentioned.

This was an amazing hotel. The service was top notch. The room was spacious and felt luxurious. We sat by the pool facing the ocean and enjoyed the hot tub, the restaurant service to our pool chair, and swimming in that epically long pool. There was an adults only section that was full, so be aware to either go early, but the lower pool was fine and had good shade and sun spots. We wished our stay was more than a night, but we will be back next time we are in town. P.s. also eat at the steak restaurant. It was spectacular!

Joe at the concierge desk was outstanding. I had a few issues come up during my stay, and he was incredibly accommodating and proactive in resolving everything quickly and thoughtfully. He stayed calm, took ownership, and consistently found solutions that made a real difference. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. Joe is a true asset to the Diplomat Hotel and a big reason I would happily return.

Valentine’s Day experience ruined…(Part 1)) My wife and I (freshly wed September 2025). This was supposed to be our first Valentine’s Day together as a married couple. And boy was it upsetting and frustrating. Upon our arrival at the pool area The hostess had no clue about the “complementary gift kit” that we were supposed to receive. She led us to one of the corner cabanas under the Gazebo (North East Corner) facing the pool. Which is a prime spot. She then returned with our “complementary gift kit” which was a few squirts of sun screen and aloe Vera in plastic ramekins. Like something you’d receive ketchup in at a bar… fine whatever no big deal. Then we hung out applied our free sunscreen and decided to jump in the pool. I also noticed they never gave us our wristbands. Which is unusual

What an AMAZING resort! I've stayed at a LOT of nice Hilton properties, but this one REALLY takes the cake! The restaurants were very nice and served good portions, and the drinks and snacks 🍔 by the pool were also delicious! Between the amazing suite that we had with an incredible view, the numerous pools, hot tubs, and beach 🌊 accommodations; not to mention the wonderful attitude of the employees and staff, they EASILY earn 5 stars 🌟 from this reviewer. 🌴 🥥
