The Diamond Motel & Campground

We stopped at Diamond Motel and Campground on our way across Montana. RV, tents, and bathhouse. It's rustic but just what we needed. The train is close and came by at 8 pm, 1 am, and 6 am. Thank you

I visited my hometown for a funeral.We drove from Kalispell and it took longer than expected the room was reserved for 2 days and we showed up at 8A.M. on the second day. The owners are awesome! Because we expected to be in during the early morning hours they made special arrangements for us to get into our room. I anticipated our arrival time to be 4 A.M.. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love that the buildings are old, and the light fixtures are antique. My mother told me the building has been there as long as she has, she's 67 years old. We left behind a pair of glasses that the owners sent to us priority mail. I can't say too many wonderful things about these folks and their business. We loved it! It’s not 4 Seasons in Maui; however 8 nights with two full beds, full kitchen, gas range & large refrigerator allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. My wife had plenty of hot water for long showers Management & staff go out of their way to assist & make comfortable. It’s quiet, clean & comfortable. AC worked great. I was here in 1988 & 1998. There is new management now and it’s further improved. From now on, will use Diamond Motel. The water has a unique refreshing taste from local artesian wells. Filled all my extra bottles too.

Nice little place to stay if you aren't picky, and just need a bed to crash on. Rooms are small and quaint, price was nice, worked really well for us on family vacation. Quiet neighborhood and the lady that checked us in was really nice, only issue we had was the water was strange but we live in the country so it may just be that it's on city system. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back out here.

Lady was really nice at the front desk, hotel room was clean and ready to go. Definitely old school other then the TV. Bathroom was a little weird because it's a walk in with a curtain and there's barely light. Had tape marks on the shower floor. They also have a menu for the cafe next door. For a one night go to sleep stay this would be it, not really something I would say for a family or long term. I gave 3 stars for the clean lines, the quiet stay,and the politeness of the employee.
