The Delmar Hotel

They forced me to pay for parking, and the hotel doesn't have accessible parking available. The spaces were small, and when I tried to park, other guests parked badly. I finally found a city parking lot after driving around for an hour. The least they could do is give me a refund for the parking.

The room was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place was nothing like the photos. The shower was broken, the walls were dirty, the floor was damaged, and there was a constant humidity smell that made it feel unclean. Worst of all, there was a loud alarm noise that rang nonstop, day and night, making it impossible to sleep. The laundry facility was out of order, even though it was advertised as available. But the real nightmare was the staff. I clearly told the front desk I wanted to pay for two nights of parking, since I wasn’t sure about the third. They only charged me for one, without telling me, and the next day my car got towed. I had to pay over $220 to get it back. Dangerous!! Do not stay! I was alone in bed in my underwear and making a voice recording for work. And I heard my front door opening !! They booked the room twice ! Allowed a stranger to enter. When I called the police they blatantly lied and said it was impossible! Remember I have audio of the door being opened. They refused to show me or the police the security video that would show what happened stating a “manager “ would call me in the morning. Another guest heard the exchange and graciously allowed me to record her when she explained she heard the “intruder “ tell the front desk that he needs a new room because a woman is in the room they rented him. They wanted him to re-enter the room I paid for because they wouldn’t book twice!! Insane and dangerous!! As of now they have also overc

bedbugs in the room. poor customer service you dont actually check into the hotel you actually booked. i booked at ocean sound hotel ended up at the delmar. its like a halfway house. low income people living in these room. loud at nights no pool no gym. rooms smell of mold.

Had a bad experience a lot of costs not stated on booking website expensive parking and a challenge carrying our things from room to room but overall we still love the lady in the breakfast lacasa pelligrino
