The Davis Short & Long Term Stay

Nice clean place. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. The down fall is the windows leak air bad so your feet are cold at bought and so is your head so dress appropriately. The inside door also isnt a tight seal so theres plenty of air exchange in the room

Small rooms with a ac unit in the window even during the colder months. The town it's in is very nice. You have to reserve a room through air bnb. If you like sleeping in or work night shift like I did while I stayed there, I would not recommend this place. Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms. They do not provide any change in towels, not even on site laundry where you can wash them. They also have problems with there plumbing when I stayed there drain made weird sounds all the time. Then when they fixed it they made a mess in our shower (see picture). The manager or owner came around and said I needed to make a deposit for my dog when it never stated anywhere on Airbnb and the messages she left me. There was a little damage to the carpet from my dog. Which sho

This Place and its DUMB Owner is BUYING ITSELF a Bad Reputation for a measly $50 or $200 or whatever they Can take from YOU. They are losing a LOT of Business. But the Americans of these days are STARVING. It seems They came from a land where they were in STARVATION and they want to make for it NOW, they are like Some People from a foreign Continent who lived in Starvation mode for many years and they were HUNGRY when brought to the US, Americans are the ones in Starvation Mode now and they are HUNGRY for whatever they Can TAKE from others. Poor Losers.

Very clean and nice.. very friendly staff .. i highly recommend, has a mini fridge, a microwave, free wifi, and tv!

very clean, recently remodel ,host was very polite,check in and out was easy. would stay again.
