Customer Reviews
Not only was this place affordable for being right downtown but it was one of my top notch service experiences I've had in a long time. Not only the front desk people but restaurant / bartenders were amazingly friendly! Very attentive to any of my needs and I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you to all the staff you made my stay comfortable and accommodating.
Positive: Location as well as practical features in the room. Negative: Parking price inflated -- if I'm paying for the room, the parking should be included. No fan in bathroom.
The Curtis is a fun hotel right downtown in what may be a perfect location for out of town guests. It is near the stadiums, entertainment, shopping and Union Station. The staff is fun and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is a lot of fun and very visually appealing. If you love video games from the 90's and 2000's you should definitely pay this place a visit. The attached restaurant makes great drinks, good coffee, and really good food. I highly recommend a stay here
DO NOT BOOK!!! stayed here 12/19-12/22. They charge a $75 "resort fee" for a free mocktail or cocktail every day of your stay, and they charged a $150 incidental hold on my card. They overcharged me after saying they wouldn't charge me the $75 fee and I had to call to get the overcharges removed. When I called, there was no apology at all and she didn't seem to care. The rooms are not mediocre, they are childish, stinky, with no tables to eat at. My walls were dirty. The beds are literal fold away beds with the most uncomfortable mattresses ever. The elevators took forever coming and going. The family and friends rates don't match this hotel at all. They told me in so many words that because I booked on family and friends that I should be ok with the rates. I would never come back here. I
The Curtis Hotel is absolutely awesome. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Denver and close to everything you’d want to see or do. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and full of personality. The front desk team is amazing super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Every staff member I interact with makes the place even better and they go out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. One of the coolest parts of the Curtis is that every floor has a different theme, which makes the whole experience unique and memorable. The hotel has also been recently renovated, and it really shows everything feels fresh, clean, modern, and well-designed while still being playful and creative. You have to check out The Corner Office (TCO) restaura
